For the removal of doubt, by using eComparisons you acknowledge that Intango will not be liable for any damages, claims, and/or any other liabilities arising out of or relating to eComparisons.

This Agreement is a legally binding agreement.

Requirements To Use

This Agreement and the Privacy Policy govern your use of eComparisons. In consideration of your use of eComparisons you represent and warrant that: (a) you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of your state, province, or country of residence. and (b) your use of eComparisons does not violate any applicable law or regulation. If you use eComparisons, you represent that you can be bound by this Agreement. eComparisons is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree that you are not using eComparisons for or on behalf of any third party, or for any commercial purpose.

Amendments to this Agreement

Intango may amend this Agreement or other policies that govern eComparisons from time to time. Any changes to this Agreement will be posted at https://reviews.eComparisons.com/terms and the posted Agreement will indicate the date the Agreement was last revised. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using eComparisons. By continuing using eComparisons after any changes to this Agreement are posted, you agree to be bound by those changes. Privacy and your Personal Information

Note that eComparisons provides information on a wide range of services, but there are other services that are available on the market which are not shown on eComparisons that may be more suitable for you.

In addition, you are responsible for all activities that occur while using eComparisons, and you agree to inform us immediately of any unauthorized use of eComparisons done by you or others by email to support@eComparisons.com . We are not responsible for any loss or damage to you or to any third party incurred as a result of any unauthorized access and/or use of eComparisons, or otherwise.

Intango is not responsible for any of the aspects of the services displayed, such as their suitability to your requirements. Purchasing any service is entirely between you and the provider. Intango does not guarantee the accuracy of the information of the services provided over eComparisons, including, but not limited to, the prices, the validity of the services, the specifications, and the compatibility.

Fees and Payments

eComparisons is available for free. We do not charge fees from you for the use of eComparisons. We try and locate the best publicly available services, and track similar service pricing and exclusive offers. While we try to find you the best service available, we may not always find you the best deal, as many other services are offered in the market. Intango is not responsible for any missing details, savings, or rewards opportunities.

Intango may charge for the use of eComparisons which is currently available free of charge. Any change in charges will not apply until the date listed in a prior announcement as shown on https://reviews.eComparisons.com. For the avoidance of doubt, you will not be charged for using eComparisons unless you opted for a paid subscription plan once notified about the fee changes, otherwise, eComparisons will no longer be available for your use.

Modifications to the service

Intango reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, eComparisons (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that Intango shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification or discontinuance of eComparisons.

Proprietary Rights

You acknowledge and agree that eComparisons and any necessary software used in connection with eComparisons (“Software”) contain proprietary and confidential information, including copyrights, trademarks, know-how, etc., that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge and agree that the content on the site, including without limitation, articles, descriptions, text, graphics, photos, videos, logos, computer code, and services contained in eComparisons, in sponsor advertisements or presented to you through eComparisons or by third parties is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, or other proprietary rights, laws, and treaties. Intango grants you a personal, limited, non-sublicensable, non-transferable license to use eComparisons on personally owned computers and mobile devices that are under your control, subject to the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.

You shall not (and shall not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify the Software in any manner or form, nor to use modified versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to eComparisons.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitations of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that Intango and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and other representatives shall not be liable to you for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Intango has been advised of the possibility of such damages), whether based in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, resulting from (i) the use or the inability to use eComparisons; (ii)any error or omissions, mistakes or inaccuracies in eComparisons or results that are obtained from the use of eComparisons ; (iii) any loss or damage of any kind as a result of the use of eComparisons or any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via eComparisons; (iv) failure by eComparisons to restrict or control access on the device on which it is installed; or (v) any other matter relating to eComparisons.

Nothing in eComparisons shall be construed as financial, investment, health, travel, insurance, or other advice, recommendation, or endorsement by Intango in respect of any services referred therein, nor does any information on eComparisons constitute a comprehensive or complete statement of matters discussed or the law relating thereto. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE CONTENT PROVIDED THROUGH ECOMPARISONS, AND THETERMS, RATES, FEES, QUOTES OR SERVICES OFFERED OR MADE AVAILABLE BY THIRD PARTIES THAT ARE PROVIDED THROUGH ECOMPARISONS IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS-IS"-AND-“AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. INTANGO EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR FROM A COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. INTANGO MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT ECOMPARISONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM INTANGO, ITS EMPLOYEES, OR REPRESENTATIVES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS.

INTANGO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, OR GUARANTEES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT, TERMS, RATES, FEES, QUOTES OR SERVICES OFFREED OR MADE AVAIABLE BY THIRD PARTIES ON ECOMPARISONS, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. INTANGO MAKES NO REPRESENTATION, WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE CONTENT, TERMS, RATES, FEES, QUOTES OR SERVICES OFFERED BY THIRD PARTIES THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE THROUGH ECOMPARISONS ARE THE BEST AVAILABLE AND THAT IT IS FREE OF INFECTION FROM ANY VIRUSES OR OTHER CODE OR COMPUTER PROGRAMMING ROUTINES THAT CONTAIN CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES OR THAT ARE INTENDED TO DAMAGE, SURREPTITIOUSLY INTERCEPT OR EXPROPRIATE ANY SYSTEM, DATA OR PERSONAL INFORMATION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE ACCURACY OF ANY USER CONTENT THAT YOU PROVIDE, AND INTANGO DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OF SUCH CONTENT.

THE CONTENT AND SERVICES PRESENTED ON ECOMPARISONS ARE INTENDED ONLY TO ASSIST YOU WITH FINANCIAL DECISIONS AND DOES NOT CONSIDER YOUR PERSONAL FINANCIAL SITUATION. INTANGO SHALL IN NO EVENT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY THIRD PARTY, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, LIQUIDATED OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFIT, REVENUE OR BUSINESS, ARISING IN WHOLE OR IN PART FROM YOUR ACCESS TO ECOMPARISONS, YOUR USE OF ECOMPARISONS OR THIS AGREEMENT, OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE CAUSED BY YOUR RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OBTAINED ON OR THROUGH ECOMPARISONS, EVEN IF INTANGO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THIS AGREEMENT, INTANGO'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO $500.00 (FIVE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS).

BECAUSE SOME STATES OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, IN SUCH STATES OR JURISDICTIONS, THE LIABILITY OF INTANGO SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THEREFORE, THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT CAN NOT BE WAIVED OR LIMITED BY CONTRACT.

Intango Is Not Responsible for Third-Parties

All services you purchase from a third-party provider, including those linked from eComparisons , are: (a) priced by the applicable third-party provider (including whether such prices include applicable local, provincial, state, or federal taxes, and any additional fees, such as shipping and handling); and (b) fulfilled, shipped, and otherwise serviced (including but not limited to the processing of returns, refunds, and cancellations) by the applicable third-party provider and not by Intango. Intango is not responsible for any third-party provider services or any information contained on the third-party provider's website (including if the third-party provider's website is displayed through eComparisons ).

You agree that your purchase from a third-party provider is subject to such provider's own terms and conditions applicable to such purchase. You agree that Intango is in no way responsible or liable to you for any products or services you purchase through such third-party, including for any product or service liability claim, improper charges, delivery failures, pricing errors, or inaccurate product or service descriptions. You acknowledge and agree that Intango is not liable or otherwise responsible for any breaches of credit card or debit card security or privacy by any third-party provider.

Intango does not endorse, warrant or guarantee the products or services that are displayed through eComparisons. Intango is not an agent, distributor, re-seller, broker, or otherwise responsible for third-party providers or the activities or policies of those provider websites, or the products or services available on them. Intango does not promise or guarantee that the product or service details, prices, coupon availability, or other service terms, rates, or rewards offered by any particular provider or other third-party via eComparisons are the best prices, best terms, suitable or lowest rates available in the market.

Intango has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, accuracy, privacy policies, practices, or opinions expressed on any third-party websites or by any third-party that you interact with through eComparisons. In addition, Intango will not and cannot monitor, verify, censor, or edit the content of any third-party site or service.

Liability and Indemnification

By using eComparisons, you release and hold Intango, and our affiliates, and our respective officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, obligations, losses, costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of, or inability to use, eComparisons, any third-party website or service; (ii) your violation of these Terms and Conditions; and (iii) your violation of any laws or rights of a third party while using its site or services. If you have a dispute with any third-party (including a provider from whom you purchase a product or service), you agree that Intango is under no obligation to become involved. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release Intango, our affiliates, and each of their respective officers, employees, agents, and successors from claims, demands, and damages of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way related to any dispute you have with a third-party in connection with eComparisons. If you are a California resident, you shall and hereby do waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which says: "A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY."

Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by Intango or you. Intango, in its sole discretion, has the right to terminate your access to the eComparisons and any other features, or any part thereof, immediately at any time and with or without cause (including, without any limitation, for a breach of these Terms and Conditions). Intango shall not be liable to you or any third party for termination of the Site, or any part thereof. If you object to any term or condition of these Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with eComparisons in any way, your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Site. Upon termination of these Terms, you shall cease all use of the eComparisons.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the state of Israel, without reference to its conflicts of law principles. The courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate any dispute arising out of this Agreement, and each party hereby expressly consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If for any reason Intango does not enforce or rely on a right which Intango has pursuant to this Agreement or to the general law, such nonenforcement shall not constitute a waiver or abandonment of that right.

A determination that any term of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable shall not affect the other terms thereof.

Miscellaneous

Intango reserves the right to discontinue or modify any aspect of eComparisons at any time.

If any portion of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void or unenforceable by any arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction, this Agreement as a whole shall not be deemed unlawful, void, or unenforceable, but only that portion of this Agreement that is unlawful, void or unenforceable shall be stricken from this Agreement.

You agree that if Intango does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in the Agreement (or which Intango has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Intango's rights and that those rights or remedies will still be available to Intango.

All covenants, agreements, representations, and warranties made in this Agreement shall survive your acceptance of this Agreement and the termination of this Agreement.

The term "including" in this Agreement means "including but not limited to."
